Laura (she/her) is the Director of Strategy at Events East. She leads and manages key strategic initiatives and programs in alignment with the organization’s overall vision. Her work includes facilitating and developing long-term strategies to enhance our impact, including sustainability, as well as annual business planning, measurement, and performance reporting.
