Donald (he/him) is the Director of Food & Beverage at the Halifax Convention Centre. Donald oversees the operation and financial performance of the Catering department, including developing and maintaining service delivery standards, employee engagement, adapting to client and industry trends, and collaborating with internal event delivery teams.
